connect/append 2 tables

Does anyone know of a way to connect 2 different tables
together, or append a table to another one? Both tables
are the same height, but the second table has more rows,
columns and split cells. I just couldn't get it to work
right on the first table, so I made 2 tables and now need
to connect them together somehow. (if possible)

Just select and delete the paragraph mark that separates them.
