Connect Form Fields (of an imported WORD form) to SQL - InfoPath 2

I imported a Word form into InfoPath 2007, which created a default Main data
source.

However, I need to update a SQL database with form field values but I cannot
change the main data source to the SQL dataset name. I have tried
unsuccessfully to connect the SUBMIT button to the SQL dataset.

Is this do-able? Should I create the form from scratch?
