Connect site flaky? All MS sites slow?

Is anyone else having trouble with the various MS sites? I have the same
trouble with .connect -- mentioned in a message a few days ago: click "Submit
Feedback" and the page just reloads. It is not a blocked pop-up as far as I
can tell.

I am using IE6 to browse there and have registered successfully with
Connect. It is, however, just a few minutes ago that I reigistered, but the
effect I get is still not a likely reaction to a cliick even if not fully
recognized by the back-end database.

All the MS sites (discussion boards, et al) have been glacial during the
past two days. Yesterday this discussion group site never loaded after
repeated tries during one part of the day. I had similar reactions from the
Outlook board.

Update my own post: Time Warner points the finger at atdn.net, an AOL company
that provides backbone between the Hawaiian islands and the mainland. So
everyone in this entire state using the cable hook-up has slow web -- a
problem unresolved for a couple of days. Steve Case lives on Maui, so I hope
his browsing is slow, too. That will get the problem fixed quickly...

Still, though, why can't I open a bug report on MS's Connect?
