connect to an outlook address book

I am wanting MS Access to access a particular address book with MS Outlook
without importing the address book into the database. Is there a way to do
this?

Hi,
you can open outlook folder from access and read contact items via
automation. there few sample articles in KB http://support.microsoft.com.
