Connect to existing DataBase

We had Project Server 2003, several days ago it has died,
We have to install Project Server 2003 on a new server and during
installation have chosen connection to existing Database (which is on
dedicated SQL Server). The installation finished successfuly. But, via web
access can't go to the Tasks, Projects, Resources and Updates menu. When
click to any of mentioned Projects Web Access menus, it forwards user to the
Web Access home page.
On the same time connection from MS Office Project 2003 to server works
fine.

Any ideas?
