"Connect to MS Office Online" doesn't work. How do I fix?

When I click Connect to Microsoft Office Online, nothing happens. I have
Microsoft Explorer turned on, so I know I have a connection. Maybe I've lost
the URL setting, but I don't know where to fix this. Any suggestions?
