Connect to project server

Hi,

i am quite new to Microsoft projects. i need to be able to access the
projects through my server. i have looked through the various help files
which all clearly state how to connect to your project server but i can't
find anything about setting up a project server....
Forgive me if i am missing something but is there either a pre set item
built into a 2003 server ( which i have ) or is it something i have to set up
first then browse to as i keep getting a message " unable to connect to
server "

Help would be greatly appreciated ASAP

Consider a few things:

1. If you are'nt the Administrator, then, contact him/her.
2. If you're, then, you need to check the installation. There are too many
