connecting Access 2007 to SQL Server 2005 Express

I have a sample database (databasename.adp) that is supposed to allow Access
2007 to views from within SQL Server 2005 Express. I have successfully
installed SQL Server 2005 Express. I have opened the SQL Server Management
Express Studio. When I try to open the sample database from within Access
2007, I get an error message "...could not find either Microsoft SQL Server
2005 Desktop
Engine or Microsoft SQL Server installed on your computer. Click OK to
display the Data Link Properties dialog box and log on to a remote server.
If you want to install SQL Server 2005 Express on this computer first, click
cancel, download the software from ..."

What do I need to do to allow Access 2007 to view the .adp database?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You need to set up the ODBC Connection using the SQL Native Client driver,
not the original SQL Server driver.
