Connecting my form to a database

I have used the feature to connect FrontPage forms to a
MSAccess database several times, but with the form I am
currently working on, whenever I try to either create a
new database or connect to an existing one (that I
created manually), I get the error message below.

Can someone help me???

Server error: Unable to retrieve schema information from
the record source 'Registration04-05' in a database using
the connection string:

'DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver
(*.mdb)};DBQ=URL=_private/Registration04-05.mdb'.

The following error message comes from the database
driver software; it may appear in a different language
depending on how the driver is configured.

Jet database engine cannot find the input table or
query 'Registration04'. Make sure it exists and that its
name is spelled correctly.

Make sure you have a tabel/view called "Registration04"
Check the spelling
