Connecting Outlook 2003 to hosted Exchange Server

Hi

When trying to connect to the Hosted Exchange Server from Outlook 2003, the
following message is recieved:

"The connection to the Microsoft Echange Server is Unavailable. Outlook must
be online or connected to complete this action."

The machine is seemingly "identical" to others on this same network which
CAN connect and configure without issue. This problem has only arisen due to
a HDD crash and re-install of windows/SP2/ office etc.
