Connecting outlook 2007 with office live.

I am having trouble connecting my outlook 2007 to my newly created office
live e-mail account. I entered all of the information outlook was asking for
and nothing. Is my office live. My ultimate goal is to be able to connect to
my e-mails using outlook web access . What are my options. How do I go about
it.
