Connecting Outlook to Exchange on Windows 2003

Hi,

I've come into a spot of bother having rebuilt one of our Citrix Terminal
servers as a Windows 2003 SP1 machine.

When I now try to connect Outlook 2003 to our Exchange server it fails
saying that it can't connect.

I dont believe it is a firewall issue as the same server worked fine with
Windows 2000 installed, as well as this the Windows firewall is not enabled.

Our Exchange team (in another Country) have not been very helpful, using the
response that they only support Outlook on Windows XP and therefor have not
seen such a problem before!

When I ran a port query tool that we used initialy to check that we could
access everything required on the Exchange server I found it errored on port
135, while my own workstation (with working outlook) came back with 152
endpoints. This suggested a possible firewall issue on this port but as
stated it previously worked on windows 2000 with same IP address. Also I can
telnet to that same port from the server.

This is very frustrating!

Can anyone tell me why this problem may be occuring and most importantly,
can anyone give me a solution?!

any help would be much appriciated.
