Connecting to Exchange Server

I'm a long time user, however, for the life of me, I cannot connect to the
Exchange Server.

I will gladly accept ANY help or suggestions...

plug your computer into the network
turn on the computer that's hosting the exchange server
start the exchange server services on the server
plug the server into the network
enter the correct name of the exchange server and mailbox

seriously, we need much more info from you in order to even begin to figure
out what the problem is
