Connecting to Global Address Book

Hi,

I have just inherited setting up new employees with email. I managed to get
this person into the system, but when she opens her Outlook, there is no
Global Address List to choose from the drop down for contacts. How do you
connect to this? It isn't shown in the list. How do you import this from the
server? Thanks
