connecting to Outlook 2000 mail

Hi,

I was wondering if and how I could get a group of my employees to be able to
read their mail via outlook 2000 via their laptops,

Also if I was to do this what could I do to ensure security?

how could I set this up?

How you might do that depends on the type of connection used.
You might be better to post to an outllook group, giving full details of the
type of your office mail connection used.
