Connecting to Outlook from VFP in Vista

The following line works in VFP on XP and Outlook 2003 but fails in VFP in
Vista
myemail = createobject("Outlook.Application")
It returns ole error 0x8008005: Server Execution Failed
I am running as Administrator - can anyone point me in the right direction
please.
