Connecting to QAD-urgent

I have been programming in Access for a while now. But, I
have never used ODBC to access another database before.

I would like to use ODBC to access tables in "QAD" an ERP
package which uses "Progress"-language. Can someone point
a step by step instruction list of some sort.
