Connecting to secondary data source?

I would like an InfoPath 2007 form to receive data from various SharePoint
lists, the problem is the SharePoint URL addresses will change, so rather
than using the 'Manage Data connections' wizard, I will need to setup data
connections using VB.net code, therefore enabling dynamic SharePoint site
locations.

Is there any sample VB.net code or tutorials on how to do this?
