Connecting to secured db

A Word form connects to Access by:

vConnection.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & "data
source=C:\Program Files\CheckIt!\Diagnostic_Testing_be.mdb;" & "Jet
OLEDB:System Database=C:\Documents and Settings\Dr Mirro\Business
database\SECURED.MDW", "Dr Mirro", "2619"


If this link no longer applies to a secured database, can I just leave
everything off beyond...
