Connecting to the internet using outlook2002

Could anyone out there help me with possibly configuring my outlook 2002
program to connect to the internet from within outlook 2002. I want to beable
to send and recieve e-mails without having to sign on manually to AOL. my
email address is (e-mail address removed).
