Connection between Visio & access (or other ODBC)

Hi to all,
I'm a newbie in visio, but I must do this thing...
Someboy knows how I can dialogue completely a database (access or other
ODBC) with visio?
For example: there is someway to see in the db all the details of the
shapes of visio's diagram, with the possibility to change the data in
the fields in the db and see the changes also in visio?

consider checking out the database wizard (tools => export to database)
