connection failure cause all messages to be present in outlook 200

A colleague is getting frustrated when he gets connection failures, all the
messages in a session are resent.

Is there a setting to accept each message received rather at the end of the
session?

No, you might want to troubleshoot those connection failures.

Thanks Robert for your answer of No, at least I know where I stand.

Unfortunately both myself and my colleague are in an African country, with
my colleague in a remote location.

It is a good suggestion to troubleshoot connection failures normally but
unfortuantely a little impractical in our situation. He can connect but a
good connection is not alway possible.
