Connection from Access 2000 to Exchange 2000 Address book

I've created a link from Access to Exchange with
either Exchange and Outlook connector and I get the same
result :

The e-mail address is AS400 format not SMTP
such as : /o=SNET/ou=RUEIL/cn=Recipients/cn=intervenante
instead of (e-mail address removed)

Any idea how to get the SMTP Address ?
