connection-icon to web has gone from the notification area-help!

For some strange reason the icon showing connection to the web has
disappeared. This is the icon with the two blue monitors side by side
flashing now and then (in-and outgoing activity). How can I get the icon back?

How is this an Outlook issue? Ask in the WIndows newsgroups. The simple
answer is probably in your taskbar properties.
