Connection issues from the client "You are not able to view this page"
Receiving errors from client when attempting to connect to new MS
Office Project Server install/config. Still unable to connect after
following steps on the following site:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Shared Documents/CreateAdminist...

The message states:
"You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a
WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web Server is not configured to
accept."
