I want to disable the auto connection points in Visio 2003. I just want every
thing to snap and glue to the grid.

I want to disable the auto connection points in Visio 2003. I just want every

menu Tools -> Snap and Glue
and ensure Connection Points is turned off in the Snap To and Glue To
sections.

Thanks Paul. - I tried that & I still get connection points on line ends even
after deleting the connector, moving the line, & allowing it to meet another
line or shape. I don't recall having trouble with this in Visio 2000 or 2002.

Am doing 2D space drawings & a bunch of lines get dragged around even when I
try to move just one line.

And is the "Glue to vertex" also off ?
Try a new empy drawing with everything off, except the glue you want.
Restart from something simple, just as in programming.
Look at the text balloons when glueing.

menu Tools -> Snap and Glue doesn't prevent the connection points from
being displayed (menu -> View -> Connection Points)

To stop lines being dragged around
menu File -> Page Setup -> Layout and Routing
