Connection Problem

help!

I have recently installed my pocket PC software and now entourage throws
up an internet connect error stating "could not open communication device"
- however, the broadband modem is working and I can surf the web no
problem. The error comes up when entourage tries to send or receive email
- any ideas?

I have had exactly the same problem following installing pocketmac.
Likewise my broadband modem works fine for surfing the web. I have
checked all the settings, reinstalled the modem driver, reinstalled
entourage and uninstalled pocketmac to no avail.

Any ideas?
