Connection to Exchange Server Unavailable

I am attemping to add 2 WXP workstations, with Outlook
2003, to our Exchange Server 2003. These copies of Outlook
were previously configured with just an POP3 email account.

I get an error message:

"Connection to the Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook
must be online or connected...".

I have 2 other WXP workstations with Outlook 2003 that are
talking just fine to Exchange Server. I am copying their
Outlook Exchange Server settings exactly to the new
workstations, but to no avail.

Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.
