Hi,
I am installing project server 2002.
I setup the DB on my SQL server 2000, which is using a different port than
the classical 1433 number for incomming connection.
During the installation of project server 2002 when I arrive to the section
connection to an existing DB I am not able to connect to the sql server.
I receive an error message informing me that the user is not well entered
and so on.
What is the problem?
I think it is because the expected port for communication with SQL server is
not the 1433 but an other one.
How to specify a different port during the installation process?
Regards, Max
