Connection to STS

Hi,
Project Server has been setup in Mixed Mode. I have a
question can a Project server account user connect to STS
documents & Issues? If not, is it necessary to create a
Windows account for all users inorder to access Sharepoint
Team Services? Please advice.

It is necessary to create a windows user account for each
user. Then map each Project Server user to the windows
account. They will be given the proper permissions on
Sharepoint subwebs if you synchronize users in the manage
subwebs portion of admin in project server.
