Connector obj's length - where do I find it?

When I get down to the FromConnects collection of a shape and want to
retrieve the length of each Connect object stored there, how can I do this? I
believed that the Connect object IS A Shape but I was wrong and the LegthIU
is not available..

Hello Mac,

The FromConnects property of a shape object returns, as you say, a
collection of Connect objects. For each of these Connect objects the
(Connect.)FromSheet property will return the shape object that connects to
it.

Thank you John,

your right, when I look at the FromSheet collection each of its items really
is one 'Dynamic connector.xxx', however, for some reason the LengthIU
property of each is set to 0...I guess I'll have to loop through the CellsSRC
sections and calculate the length using EndX - BeginX etc...ah well...

In the Discussion group "new users" there is a discussion going on about the
length of a dynamic connector.
To have it available for a report, I have allready programatically inserted
a section and a row in the shapesheet. Now I am looking how to put the
forumula =LengthIU in the cell.
