Connector Tool - Options Not Available

Previously, when I used the connector tool, the connector end defaulted to an
arrow head for all connectors in my flow charts. Now when I click on the
connector tool button and insert a connector, all I get is a straight line.
I could individually change the format for each connector, but that is a time
consuming method. How can I change the default connector back to an arrow
head end?

(Also, when I click on the connector tool button, the formatting options on
the tool bar are greyed out, i.e, line weight, line pattern, line end, etc.)

Try this:

Go to File > Shapes > Show Document Stencil
Double-click on the Dynamic Connector master shape to edit it
Select the connector in the edit window and format it the way you want
Close the window and accept the changes

Thanks for responding, and I apologize for being "out of the loop" for the
last week. In my post, I neglected to mention that I am using MS Visio Pro
2002 SP-2. When I tried your suggestion, I realized my error, since that
menu path must be for Visio 2003. "Shapes" is not an option under "File",
but "Stencil" is...

Any further help is appreciated!
