Connectors Disappear

I knew the answer to this before ... but cannot seem to remember!? When
manually building an Org Chart, there are times when Visio automatically
removes a connector when I do not want that connector to be removed. How can
I override and / or disable this from happening?

The only instance that I recall is when one subordinate has two managers.
The most recent manager will connect and the previous will disconnect. Use
the Dotted-line report connector to show additional reporting paths. I don't
believe the Wizard will report the dotted line connects when you do an export.
