Connectors won't stay where I put them

This is driving me nuts. I am drawing a diagram on the drawing canvas in Word
2003 SP1. If I manually adjust the route of a connector (ends locked to
objects) it looks great until I add another connector. When I put in an
additional connector, all the existing connectors re-route themselves.

Does anyone know how to stop this?

Try using another package to create your graphic and then insert it as a
picture. If you are trying to create a flow diagram in Word it's not really
the best tool for the job.
