I am creating a organizational flow chart using brainstorming. The problem
I am running into is that Visio will only allow me to use three connectors.
I am trying to create a cycle where the connectors have an arrow at each end
and are attached to the brainstorming shape. However, when I place the
fourth connector the prior connector disappears.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like you are trying to use the Brainstorming Addin incorrectly.
Have you tried using the Association line?

I just tried using an association line and the same thing happens. I am
creating a circle of shapes and I like to have connectors with arrows at both
ends link all the shapes to there is a flow in and out of the shape. I can
attached two lines three lines, but when I try to link four that one stays
and the prior one disappears.

So it appears it doesn't matter on the type of line.

Ann,
You are right that Associations line deletes the previous connector, but I
have found that if I Undo the Association line (using CTRL+Z) then redo it
again manually, then it seems not to delete the previous connector.
