Consolidate risk for all project

Hi,
I am using Project Server 2007 for a long time, and see that risks are
easily manageable at the project level, but then how to consolidate all risk
of all users in a single view ?

You would need to create a Data Analysis view for this purpose using the
data in the Risks cube. Hope this helps.
