Greetings – I really hope one of you experts can help me with this issue:
Spec: Windows XP, Outlook 2007, all patches/updates etc. installed.
For our CEO’s email, we have split his mail into 4 separate .pst files –
this works well.
Most emails gets delivered into main.pst
Some emails are configured to be delivered into specific.pst ( via Account
Settings, Select email account….. to the following location )
This works fine too – however when we click reply to any emails configured
to be delivered into specific.pst, then these Sent items goes into THAT
specific.pst's Sent folder, not the main/usual Sent folder ( under main.pst
…. ) – so suddenly we are ending up with Sent emails in 4 different Sent
folders which is most confusing!
We wish to be able to go into ONE Sent folder and then scroll down to see
ALL Sent items – not having to go into 4 different Sent folders.
I thought about a rule which could consolidate all the Sent items, or maybe
a macro or even a Search Folder, however when I click: New Search Folder,
Customize, Search mail in… then I can only select ONE PST, not all the PST’s.
I would be grateful if you could help me prompt?!
Many thanks for your co-operation, kind regards
Tatia
