Consolidate Three Exchange Calendars?

Hello All,

I am a consultant working 1/3 of time on each of my three clients.

I am using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP, two of Exchange servers I am
accessing are Exchange 2003 (not sure about the third one, it's very
likely it's a 2003).

All three companies are using Exchange and I access my mail via three
different Outlook profiles.

This results in having three separate Outlook calendars which makes
scheduling hard.

Is there way to consolidate my calendar given the fact that it resides
on three different Exchange servers (btw it'd be nice if I'd be able
to consolidate mail as well)?

I'd greatly appreciate any tips.
