Consolidated Junk E-Mail, Sent and Deleted Items Folder

Is there any way in the current release of Entourage 2008 to have one Junk
E-Mail, one Sent and One Deleted Items folder when there are multiple types
of email accounts (Exchange, Hotmail and POP3)? I have three of each folder;
one for each type of account.

The Outbox folder has been consolidated for all accounts as discussed in
earlier threads.

You can consolidate them manually using Tools --> Rules... but Entourage
does not have a feature to have all accounts use the same set of folders.

You can consolidate them manually using Tools --> Rules... but Entourage
does not have a feature to have all accounts use the same set of folders.

In addition, you can view them as one using a custom view. This does not
move them to another folder, but allows you to check in one custom view.
