If we are discussing ID and not Unique ID, there are a
few things that could be happening. (i) In a master-
subproject setup, the ID will not renumber based on the
temporary consolidation. The ID will conform to the ID
structure seen in the stand-alone subproject except for
the subproject summary headings, which will order based
on their insertion points. (ii) If there are links
between the projects, IDs will seem well out of order.
