Consolidated Projects losing information

I'm using Project 2007 and am having a problem with consolidate
projects. I am entering changes to resource working times and savin
resource pool but when I go back in a few days later these amendment
have been lost.

I have used other versions of Project and never had this problem.

Could anyone help with a soultion please?
