Consolidated Sharepoints

Hi

We are about to plan for a very large programme. There will be 13 +
programmes each program may have up to 50-60 projects each

We are considering deploying EPM Project server 2007 to support this large
programme.

I am aware that each plan when published will have its own workspace /
sharepoint. I am also aware that each programme can become a Masterplan for
its subprojects.

The key Question is can this whole programme have 1 sharepoint so that
consolidated reports or risks, issues and documents be done in 1 place?
