Consolidated Team Calendar View

I'm trying to find a way to create a consolidated team calendar for a 6
person team set up in project server. I'd like to set up the view similar to
the task calendar view in project client, but at a team and project level
and/or a task level including the projects or tasked assigned to the six
people in the team.

Any suggestions?

Kevin, you can go to the Team Site Workspace for that Project Plan and use
the Events Calendar Web Part to display a calendar view for your team

The easiest way is to use the View resource assignments page for this
purpose by completing the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Resource Center page in PWA
2. Click the View resource assignments link in the sidepane on the left
3. Select your six resources and click the Apply button
4. Click the "Timesheet format" link and the "All assignments" link in the
sidepane on the left
5. Click the View Options tab and select the "Show scheduled work" option
6. Click the View Options tab again to collapse the options on that tab
7. Click the collapse button in the upper right corner of the sidepane to
collapse the sidepane options
8. Click the Save Link button and save this view as a custom link

You will see the assignments for all six resources across all projects in
the system and can view their availability during future time periods as
well. Hope this helps.
