Constant Microsoft Sync Services error message

I have a less sophisticated solution to this problem: I went into
Entourage > General Preferences > Sync Services and unchecked the 3
options listed there: Address Book and Mobile Me, ICal and Mobile Me,
and Entourage Notes and Mobile Me. The messages stopped immediately.
When I had service done in the South Beach MA store. the technician
told me there are many problems with Microsoft synching. Hopefully, by
using only the (Mac) Address Book and ICal I will avoid the many
duplications I have now.

The tech is right. if you don't need the power of Entourage I wouldn't
use it. If you use it, use it with only one sync module turned on at
any one time as this avoids sync problems.
