Constant prompt for user name and password

I just switched from Outlook Express to Outlook when I got
Office XP. The only problem that I am having is that I
keep getting prompted for my user name and password every
3 minutes. I am using a LAN connection. I want to stay
online constantly and not have to provide my password
every time I want to send/receive email. Any suggestions?
