Constant Request To Repair Word Installation

Office Professional 2000 Word (9.0.6926 SP-3)

Starting Word or clicking on doc file gives 'No valid
source code - Repair Installation'

1. Run Repair from the original CD.
2. Repair completes OK.
3. Word will work for a couple of days and then back to
the same error.
