I need to learn how I can construct a 4-page church bulletin, 11" X 8.5"
landscaped.

Thank you for your reply, but it doesn't answer my question. How I will
distribute the bulletin isn't important. As with many churches, it will be
distributed at services. Thanks.

It will be a simple 11" X 8.5" folded bulletin, four pages, front, two
inside, back, Protestant, O+. Though I don't for the life of me understand
why I should say if its Protestant or Catholic, I'll supply that and my blood
type, too.

Catholics and protestants would most likely both call this a 4 page
BOOKLET.

Pleading to the HELP god will most likey get you enough information to
ask sensible questions and then you could even tell us what Version of
MS Publisher you are using as it is often important to get the proper
wording of an answer.

right direction.
