Construction Template

Can anyone point me to a template for MSP for a building construction
project? The standard MSP tempate doesn't have as much of the early
planning, like environmental permitting, etc. that I'm looking for.

Environmental permitting varies with project and location. You can always
add it in then save that changed file as a template for later use.

All templates need to be closely examined before using.
