Consulting services available to produce Visio drawings?

Does anyone provide a service to create Visio drawings. We have a small
project where we would like to e-mail or fax raw drawings and have them
turned around into Visio flowchart. We're in the home healthcare business and
we are trying to diagram the flow of work for our office staff and nurses. We
would like to send a raw drawings out in the evening and have a return of the
Visio product next day.
