Contact Activities Problem with Outlook 2003 with BCM Update SP1

Previously, I was running Win XP on a laptop (P4 with 512MB RAM) with Outlook
2002 (10.2627.2625) and the Contact Activities function was working
exceptionally well. Despite having a large (192MB including subfolders) Inbox
folder with subfolders upon subfolders, Outlook always quickly and accurately
populated my Contact Activities list, whether I chose All Items or an
individual item (e.g. Email).

Enter a state of the art desktop (latest P4 with 1GB of RAM), Win XP, and
Outlook 2003 with BCM Update 1. I moved the PST file to the desktop, did a
File Open to load the PST, moved all of the email to the default Inbox.
Everything appears to be working well, *except* Contact Activities. Either
the Contact Activities only loads partially for a Contact or it doesn't load
at all or on rare occasion it fully loads, but takes literally an eternity
when compared to my slow laptop with Outlook 2002.

An additional important piece of information is that I loaded my contacts
from the old PST and copied them to the new PST via a simply copy and paste.

I'm pretty computer savy and I've checked everything including the
Activities tab of the Contacts Properties, which is identically configured in
Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003. So, help, please, before I pull all my hair
out. :)
